All meetings and hearings are open to the public and are conducted in the "meeting hall" building situated directly behind the Town Hall at 2735 N Oceanshore Boulevard (SR A1A) in Beverly Beach. Anyone needing special accommodations to attend should contact the Town Hall 72 hours in advance.

2026 ELECTION NEWS
TOWN ELECTION WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, MARCH 3, 2026
THERE ARE TWO (2) COMMISSIONER POSITIONS AVAILABLE. ANYONE INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR THESE POSITIONS MUST COME INTO THE TOWN HALL, SHOW ID AND TAKE THE PAPERWORK TO A BANK TO GET A CAMPAIGN ACCOUNT. ONCE THEY GET A CAMPAIGN ACCOUNT, THEY MUST SIGN AN AFFIDAVIT THAT THEY UNDERSTAND CHAPTER 106 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES REGARDING CAMPAIGN FINANCE. THE INDIVIDUAL CAN QUALIFY BY PETITION OR BY FEE.
TO QUALIFY BY PETITION:
DEADLINE MONDAY DECEMBER 9, 2025 AT 12 PM.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE PETITIONS SIGNED BY BEVERLY BEACH REGISTERED VOTERS
TO QUALIFY BY FEE (QUALIFYING WEEK): TUESDAY, JANUARY 6 TO MONDAY JANUARY 12, 2026 AT 2 PM. (Approximately $144)
VACATION RENTAL POLICY
IF YOU ARE RENTING YOUR HOME FOR SIX (6) MONTHS OR LESS, YOU MUST DO THREE (3) THINGS:
1. OBTAIN A BUSINESS TAX RECEIPT FROM THE TOWN OF BEVERLY BEACH
2. PAY THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX TO THE COUNTY OF FLAGLER
3. PAY SALES TAX TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA
